SHIPPING POLICIES

• All the orders ship from our warehouse in Mechanicsburg PA 17050
• Ground Shipping cut off time 2:30 PM Eastern Time Zone
• Next day, Second day air cut off time 3:30 PM Eastern Time Zone
• Standard Inventoried items usually ship within 24 hours after order confirmed
• Customize imprint orders usually ship within 3-5 days after artwork conformed
• Free Freight applies only to the 48 contiguous states
• All shortage must be reported within 7 days after order delivered

RESTOCK

Returns on stock items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. No cash refunds on product after 90 days from invoice. Distributor needs to pay for all the freight cost.

DROPSHIP

• We offer blind drop ship service for all our distributors
• We accept Third Part UPS collect

RETURN POLICIES

Your satisfaction is very importation to us. GSS must be notified of damaged orders or discrepancies within 7-days of order receipt. Returns must be made within 2-weeks of receiving authorization to return. All returns must have a Return Goods Authorization Number. Please call to receive this number and authorization. All returns will be inspected upon receipt and may be subject to a restocking fee.

Custom products cannot be returned.

Customers may qualify for 30 day open accounts. Contact your Account Manager to complete a credit application.
